I look at this star rating scale of a 5 out of 5. To me, very misleading! I have to give them a 6. This review is about the practice itself and the professionals that functions as a complete entity to create great smiles for a life time. Hats off to Kyla Fletcher! When you are greeted by her, you will see she has a smile that melts your heart. These are the kinds of smiles that people seek and to hope to maintain from Powers orthodontics. Kyla and the staff are true professional that treat all their clients with dignity and respect. Every member of the staff from the reception to Dr Powers has been extremely kind and welcoming to my daughter who has been very nervous. They have been very informative in all our options for her smile!! Highly recommend!! We will be back with our 3 younger children as well!

Our daughter has been visiting Powers since the age of 7. The staff has always been so friendly, kind, caring, and personable. They always go out of their way to make sure she is comfortable and inform her of changes during that visit and the upcoming visits. Danielle is always ready to give you a compliment on your outfit, hair, and shoes :) Shout out to Jenny and Lindsey for always being a phone call or a quick message away. So happy with our daughters care and treatment.
Dr. Powers does a wonderful job explaining the treatment plan and insuring the final result is a beautiful smile. The staff is knowledgeable and honest with the process and progress.
